A case has been filed in Guntur Nagarampalem on YSRCP MLC Duvvada Srinivas. The case was filed by Jana Sena leader Adapa Manikyala Rao.
The case was filed for making offensive comments on Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan.

Duvvada Srinivas had said in the past that Pawan Kalyan came to Vizag and said that it was his problem if he had three wives. Duvvada went on to say that Pawan Kalyan further said that people were jealous of him and they too can marry three women if they wanted to.
To this Duvvada Srinivas said that any man can marry thousands of women. But we follow Hindu dharma. There is something called tradition, culture and being committed to one woman for life, he had said.

In another video, Duvvada hit out on the Hindutva philosophy of Pawan Kalyan. Duvvada said that Pawan was behaving in a manner as if he was the one bearing Hindu dharma. Pawan talks as if he is bridge for Hinduism. Pawan acts as if he created Hinduism. By cleaning temple steps, taking up deeksha and doing other rituals, one does not become a true Hindu, said Duvvada.
Duvvada said that whoever did the crime would vomit blood and die, speaking on the Tirupati laddoo incident.

On another occassion Duvvada questioned where was Pawan Kalyan. He said he will question, but where is he to question, said Duvvada. Once in ruling party, he had become silent. Pawan Kalyan made big talk about volunteers being involved in the disappearance of 31,000 women. Has he been able to bring back at least one woman? ‘En peekutunnadu Pawan Kalyan’, Duvvada said.
In another social media interview, Duvvada was asked who he remembered when one hears the phrase – seize the ship. He immediately said “joker” hinting at Pawan Kalyan.
In another press meet, Duvvada said Pawan Kalyan, PK meant “picha na kodaka”. He also went on to use the L*** word. He dared Pawan Kalyan for a dual and boasted that he will knock out Pawan Kalyan at one go. He used words like naa kodaka, pichi naa kodaka and claimed that he called him a package star.
Now, the Jana Sena has answered with a case.
