It is known to our readers that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is mandated to attend the CBI Court on every Friday. But the Opposition Leader skipped the court proceedings today. His Lawyer filed a petition before the court that he could not attend today due to a meeting in Guntur.

The Judge became serious on Jagan and his counsel for not co-operating and clearly told them it should not happen again. On the other side, Enforcement Directorate (ED) has served summons to the Opposition Leader to attend the court on August 4th.
ED has filed the charge-sheet in India Cements Case and the court will be taking up the charge-sheet that day. Along with Jagan, Accused No.2 and Rajya Sabha MP, Vijaya Sai Reddy is also mandated to attend the court proceedings without fail.
