Despite the best efforts of the YCP government and AP CID to keep Chandrababu Naidu behind bars in the skill development case, the TDP supremo boss was let out on bail by the AP High Court a short while ago.
In the remark on the whole hearing, the AP High Court judge had an interesting statement.
The court opined that the same doctor had two contradicting reports on Chandrababu’s eye surgery on the very same day.
While the doctor mentioned that the petitioner needs an immediate eye surgery in one report, the very next report on the same day says there is no immediate need of the surgery. The court pointed out this in the statement.
It is evident that the government pressurized the government doctor into stating that there was no immediate need for the surgery, hours after he himself prescribed an immediate cataract surgery.
The court opined that the contradicting reports submitted by the same doctor serve as a compelling reminder of the importance of the certificates attached by him.
In the end, the Court decided that CBN needs medical intervention and granted him the bail to get himself treated at the facility of his choice.
