On Monday, both Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy and TDP leader and former CM Chandrababu Naidu will be visiting the same constituency and staying in the same city. The venue for their visits is Polavaram constituency and Rajamahendravaram.
CM Jagan will visit the residential areas of flood victims in Koonavaram Mandal (Alluri Sitaramaraju District) under Polavaram Constituency of Eluru District. Meanwhile, Chandrababu will inspect the Polavaram project and give a power point presentation in Pattiseema of Polavaram Mandal. He will also examine the lifts and inspect the progress of the works at Polavaram.
After this, Chandrababu will reach Devarapalli via Gopalapuram in East Godavari district. He will hold a road show and address a public meeting at six in the evening. Chandrababu will stay overnight at Rajamahendravaram.
It is noteworthy that both leaders started their tours in the joint Godavari districts on the same day. In the morning, CM Jagan will leave from Tadepalli and reach Kothulagutta in Koonavaram mandal.
Since both Jagan and Chandrababu are staying in Rajahmundry on Monday night, there is excitement among officials and the people. The Leader of the Opposition will be staying at the BVR function hall, and the CM will be staying at the R&B Guesthouse. During their stay, both leaders will review the situation with officials and public representatives.
On Tuesday morning, Chandrababu will inspect the Purushottapatnam lift in Sitanagaram mandal, which is a short distance from the Polavaram project.
