That brings a big lesson to Chandrababu Naidu in AP. The upcoming state capital, Amaravati is being built from the scratch and there is every oppurtunity to build it with perfect planning and a vision to make it suitable for the needs of years to come.

The state government should make sure every thing from Power to internet lines go underground so that the services are not disrupted even during the disasters. Also strict norms should be followed to avoid mindless constructions. Hope they have learned a lesson, then the crisis will turn in to an opportunity for the state.
