YSR Congress Macherla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy has started to make headlines from last night as he was caught on camera destroying an EVM in his constituency. He is now facing the consequences for his actions after the video started to go viral on social media.
The Election Commission has taken the EVM destroyal incident very seriously and has called for serious action against Pinnelli. A criminal case has been filed against him.
The Central Election Commission has ordered AP Chief Electoral Officer, and DGP to file a criminal case against Pinnelli immediately and pursue the legal course of action.
Pinnelli Rama Krishna Reddy has been having Macherla in his grip for the last two decades and the fact that he had to destroy an EVM in his segment shows the plight of YCP in this year’s election.
With the CEC itself fuming at Pinnelli, it shall be seen what kind of action will be taken against the sitting MLA from YCP.
