Incidentally, the Girijan folk in the area rubbed cow dung on the flexis of Pushpa and her husband Parikshit Raju. They complained that the MLA and her husband were nowhere to be seen in the last four years and all of a sudden, they are coming for votes now.
Girijans questioned the MLA if she cared about their problems anytime in the last four years. This led to a tensed atmosphere in Chintalapadu.
