It is known that the High Court of Andhra Pradesh has allotted bail to Chandrababu Naidu in the skill case. He has been allocated the regular bail in the case.
However, AP CID has now challenged this verdict from the AP high court at the Supreme Court.

AP AAG, Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy has shared his version on the High Court verdict and here’s what he has to say about the same.
“The high court of Andhra Pradesh has gone out of its way and crossed the limit while allocating the bail to Chandrababu Naidu. While the 17A rule application and quash petitions are in hearing at the apex court, they shouldn’t have given the bail to Chandrababu Naidu.” Ponnavolu said.

The AAG added that they have submitted the needed proofs to back the allegations against Chandrababu Naidu but the high court still granted bail to the latter.
This open contempt of the court by the AAG of Andhra Pradesh, Ponnavolu has caught the attention on social media. People are commenting that the advocate should’ve refrained from doubting the judicial system just because the verdict came against the government’s narrative.
