Telugu Desam Party boss Chandrababu Naidu has waged an elongated legal battle against the AP CID and the government of AP, both of which have filed multiple cases against Naidu.
Coming to the topic, CBN, who is out on interim bail in the AP skill scam case has been fighting for a full bail in connection with the case.
The High Court called for a hearing today but the same was postponed to the 15th of this month as the AP CID said the additional AG of the AP government isn’t available and they need more time for the next hearing.
The high court then postponed the next hearing to the mentioned date. The CID is evidently trying to delay the case by citing one excuse or another and this has caught the attention now.
Naidu is currently out on interim bail and once the full bail is granted, he should be a relaxed man. He has also filed a quash petition at the Supreme Court which is also in the penultimate stage.
