A Committee appointed by Hyderabad High Court to look into the Temporary Accommodations provided by Andhra Pradesh Government for immediate bifurcation of the high court has submitted its report to the full court of the High Court.

The committee has rejected the three options – Acharya Nagarjuna University Building, Nimra College Building in Jupudi Krishna Direct, and Veterinary University Buildings provided to set up the high court in Andhra Pradesh until the permanent buildings are ready.
The committee instead gave a go-ahead to the government to construct a temporary building near Nelapadu. All the judges in the high court agreed to shift the court to Andhra Pradesh once the building is ready. This will mean more delay to Telangana’s demand of high court bifurcation.
