In the Jagadgirigutta Police Station limits, an MBBS student committed suicide in a highly disturbing manner. This ghastly incident took place in Papireddynagar, located at Road Number 18.
Dikshit Reddy, an MBBS student, took his own life by cutting his penis on Sunday night (July 9). Upon seeing his lifeless body covered in blood, the neighbors immediately informed the police. The police promptly arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. A case was registered, and further inquiries began. The mortal remains were shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem examination.
The suicide of the MBBS student has raised questions about the underlying causes of such a tragic act. Lately, many young individuals have been resorting to suicide for trivial reasons, such as failed love affairs, cheating by lovers, academic failures, fear, family disputes, or jumping off buildings.
However, the exact motive behind Dikshit Reddy’s resorting to such an extreme step of self-inflicting harm remains unknown.
