India Today telecast a Pre-poll survey of Telangana projecting Congress as the Single largest Party. The survey conducted by C Voter predicts 54 seats for Congress, a jump of 35 seats when compared to its 2018 tally.
BRS is projected to fall down from 88 seats to 49 which means a loss of 39 seats.
BJP is expected to get eight while others likely to get the remaining eight. MIM is likely to be in the Others category and their support is likely to be crucial for the party forming the Government.
BJP obviously will not move towards Congress and that will be an advantage to BRS. But at the same time, BRS can not take the support of both MIM and BJP. If BJP moves towards BRS, MIM will support Congress and it should be easy for Congress from there.
So, these are tricky numbers projected by C Voter. Usually, Telugu people are not know to deliver such confused mandates.
