The CBI court adjourned the case till May 27. Jagan Mohan Reddy ever since becoming the Chief Minister has been skipping all the hearings on one reason or the other. Jagan Mohan Reddy was granted bail on the condition that he will cooperate with the case investigation and hearings.

Before becoming the Chief Minister Jagan used to attend the court every Friday. However, the court will decide upon the point if anyone other than the CBI or ED can demand the bail cancellation. If the bail petition is accepted, it will be trouble for the Chief Minister as there is good ground to prove he has been trying to delay the legal proceedings.
