The Chandrababu Naidu Government so far disbursed Ten Pensions after coming into Power. It is the first and biggest promise executed by this Government.
On the first of every month, the Chief Minister goes to a village across the state and distributes pensions to at least two families.

The families are selected in a way that they represent the poorest of society, and someone for whom the Pension money will be of real use.
The CM talks to them, prepares tea for them, asks the Children about their future plans, etc.

All the MLAs and Incharges were expected to be the same in their constituencies.
This is an exercise to leave a mark on the beneficiaries and their families, reminding them about the Good the Government did to them.

In the last five years, Jagan Mohan Reddy has also executed many welfare schemes.
But not even a single scheme carried the Human Touch like Naidu.
Jagan would sit in Tadepalli Palace and press buttons. The money from some schemes would be disbursed by holding Huge Public Meetings.
When he sits in Tadepalli Palace, no one would care.
When he goes to some Public Meeting, People will be shit scared when trees are cut, shops are closed, schools are given holidays and so on. People would be forcibly brought to the meetings.
Just like Jagan, the Public Representatives also lost touch with the People.
The Volunteers would give the welfare schemes benefits to the people. So, the MLAs, MPs, and Incharges lost touch with the People, and that showed up in the Election Results.
Towards the end, YSR Congress leaders went to the people in the name of ‘Gadapa Gadapaku’. But by that time, the damage had already happened.
It looks like Chandrababu Naidu learned from the Mistakes of Jagan.
He is giving the feeling that he is in the middle of the people, and also ensuring that all his MLAs are there as well.
In the Opposition, Jagan started going out. But this time, it is to meet his Criminal Leaders in jail, and that is of no use again.
