Before the 2024 election, the YCP government was facing a whole lot of backlash for painting the state in YCP colours. Many government buildings in the YCP tenure were painted in YCP colours.
At one point, the courts also intervened and ordered the erasure of Jagan and YCP photos, as well as repainting, which again cost a lot of public money.
Now, Pawan Kalyan has commented on the same and he questioned Jagan Mohan Reddy over the crores of money that were misspent.
Pawan questioned Jagan about the Rs 2300 crores that were wastefully spent on his illogical modus operandi.
“You (Jagan) spent Rs 1300 crores on painting the government buildings in YCP colours. Then you spent Rs 1000 crores on removing those colours. Who ate those Rs 2300 crores? Wasn’t it you greediness and shambolic before.” Pawan Kalyan commented.
Pawan’s direct attack on Jagan spending thousands of crores of public money in wake of the election has become a talking point.
