The day started with KTR openly saying that Delhi liquor scam spelt disaster for BRS during the polls. Now, it was Telangana Jagruthi president Kavitha to hit back at her brother.
Though there were rumours that KCR used his channels to get Kavitha out on bail, Kavitha seems no where near to letting go of her grudge. It is commonly felt that she holds her party responsible for letting her go to the prison in the first place.
Kavitha has hit back saying BRS lost not because of her but because of not constructing houses for the poor, not giving jobs and for not changing losing candidates. Kavitha went a step further and said it was their arrogance that led to their downfall.
The political analysts of Telangana say that the in-fighting in the family is bound to make a dent in the trajectories of both BRS and Jagruthi, when it becomes a political party.
KCR’s health is a huge concern for the party. Now, the face-off between brother and sister is entertainment for the Telangana public, they say.
