The fight between Kavitha and BRS leaders is intensifying. After Kavitha made remarks about BRS Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, he responded strongly. He even called her a dog and said he would expose her husband.
On Friday, Kavitha addressed the media and reacted to Krishna Rao’s comments. She repeated that she was not allowed to grow while in BRS. She said she had asked for an MP seat to stay connected with people but was forced to settle for an MLC seat.
Kavitha said she would not ignore such cheap comments and would respond with legal action. She added that she is not scared and that politics have changed. She said she would carry forward the spirit of Chakali Ilamma, who fought without support.
Kavitha alleged that AV Reddy has business links with Pochampally Srinivas Reddy, who stands by KTR. She questioned whose benami he might be. She called Krishna Rao a small pawn and claimed his son is the director of Pranav and Praneet companies. She alleged that villas built by them stand on grabbed land and questioned how a 10 acre lake became 6 acres. She accused the then Minister KTR of swallowing the lake in the name of development.
She said BRS opened windows through the HILT policy and Congress is now opening doors. She added that her husband never interfered in ten years, yet allegations are being made.
Kavitha said that by God’s grace she will become the CM and send legal notices to everyone involved in corrupt acts since 2014.
