Telangana Jagruthi leader Kavitha is leading a state-wide BC Reservation Bandh today, demanding 42% reservations for BCs. However, the unexpected highlight of the event was the presence of her son, Devanapalli Anil Aditya, sitting alongside protestors in the dharna.
Aditya’s participation immediately caught media attention. Still a newcomer to the political scene, the young man looked slightly out of place holding placards among seasoned activists.
While Kavitha focused on coordinating her cadre, Aditya joined the human chain at Khairatabad X Roads, passionately voicing his support. Speaking to a social media outlet, he said, “We must give 42% reservations. The change has to happen across the country.”
When asked how the youth could be involved, Aditya responded, “If reservations are given, many youth will join the workforce and gain employment. We can uplift people from the ground level.”
He further urged, “It’s not just my mother’s cause. Everyone must participate. We are the future, and we must bring change.”
His public appearance has sparked buzz in political circles, with speculation that Kavitha might be subtly introducing her son to active politics. Observers believe this could be a strategic move to position Aditya as the next-generation face of the family.
Interestingly, this also sets the stage for a potential political faceoff within the KCR family, as KTR’s son too has reportedly shown interest in joining politics. If true, Telangana’s next political chapter could witness a new rivalry between two young heirs of the same legacy.
