During his bus roadshow in Bhongir, Rao spoke out against what he claimed was the unjust imprisonment of his daughter in a false case by the BJP.

He tried to gain some sympathy from the public while saying, “They arrested and lodged my daughter in jail, but we are not scared. The fight will continue. BJP has jailed my daughter in a false case. People are watching this injustice happening.”

He criticized the BJP’s hollow initiatives, like “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao,” citing his daughter’s arrest as evidence of their hypocrisy.

He emphasized his party’s commitment to secularism and stated that the BRS stands for the welfare of all people.

Addressing the Muslim community in Telangana, Rao urged them not to vote for the Congress, warning that doing so would benefit BJP candidates.

He highlighted the peaceful atmosphere maintained during his party’s tenure and expressed disappointment at the lack of Ramadan gifts distributed this year.

Rao promised to continue fighting for the people’s rights and assured them that his party would address their concerns once back in power.

Following the roadshow in Bhongir, he returned home but planned to resume his bus tour with a roadshow in Mahabubnagar the following day.
