Harish Rao is often deemed as the Troubleshooter for KCR. Harish gets the first call whenever KCR feels the need of high political attention. Some of the crucial elections were engineered by Harish and he managed to keep the TRS flag soaring there.

One such scenario is Kodangal which will go for election anytime in the next six months. Revanth Reddy wants to win the election at any cost and challenges KCR in 2019 elections. Defeating Revanth will mean that 2019 is a cakewalk for TRS.
And so, KCR has appointed Harish Rao as the incharge of this election. Harish is already sitting with the key leaders of the constituency. The plan is to hit the morale of Revanth Reddy by encouraging defections and then dumping funds in the constituency for development.
