Arvind Kejriwal after registered a sensational 67 out 70 seats victory in Delhi Assembly elections took oath as the Chief Minister a short while ago in Ramlila Maidan, Delhi. Seven others took oath as Ministers in Kejriwal’s cabinet.
Just like Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao Kejriwal also did not have a woman Minister in his cabinet. The women minister during his previous regime, Rakhi Birla was not taken in to the cabinet this time. Kejriwal’s close aide Manish Sisodia was made the Deputy Chief Minister.
On this occasion, Kejriwal vowed to make Delhi, India’s first corruption-less state. He also announced that his government will give up the VIP culture which no one likes. Interestingly Kejriwal took oath as Delhi Chief Minister for the second time on the same day when he resigned to the CM post a year ago after being in power for just 49 days.
