Even though both the parties did not announce severing ties with each other. They put up candidates on their own. Campaigning for the party candidates in Warangal, Kishan Reddy was quick to aim guns on TDP. He urged the voters to vote for BJP as alternative to TRS. He said that voting to Congress and TDP is wasting the vote as they will join in TRS anyways even if they won.

BJP was excluded in KCR’s Operation Akarsha for the sole reason as any such move will mean messing up with the central government. Kishan Reddy is trying to use that to the party’s benefit.
