KTR Knows Better Than Revanth Reddy?

KTR and Revanth Reddy on elections

Telangana politics have started to intensify the momentum with a direct phase of between Revanth Reddy and KTR. The two of them have been having a go at each other for the last few months, and there is a new round of attack from KTR today.

KTR addressed the massive public gathering at a protest today, and he expectedly took on chief minister Revanth Reddy on the occasion.

But there is a difference in knowledge between Revanth Reddy and KTR regarding the upcoming Telangana election as the two of them have to completely contradicting comments.

Recently, Revanth Reddy confirmed that Telangana will be going to election only in 2029, and there is no chance of the election in 2028 as the central government is preparing delimitation. He clearly confirmed that there will be no election in Telangana in 2028, as the number of seats are going to be increased, and the election will be pushed to 2029.

However, this does not appear to be affecting the thinking methodology of KTR as he strongly said Telangana will be going to election in 2028 and KCR will return as the CM. He further promised the Telangana public that the mistakes that were made before 2023 will not be repeated in the next term.

It is true that the central government had been contemplating the delimitation bill for a long time. If they actually go through with this, then Telangana could go to election with rest of the states in 2029. But if this takes longer than expected than usual, practice could be established, and Telangana elections could be held in 2028 December with the completion of 5 years tenure.
