One of the crucial representatives of South India in the central cabinet is civil aviation minister, Rammohan Naidu, who comes from the Telugu Desam party. He has been very receptive of South Indian politicians, which is a positive thing here.
Now, Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy appears to have found a strong anchor point in the central cabinet in the form of Ram Mohan Naidu. This is reflecting in the speed of work regarding the ongoing airport proposals in Telangana.
The government of Telangana had been proposing the Hyderabad and Warangal airports for a long time now, and there was finally a positive reaction from the centre. Union Minister Rammohan Naidu confirmed that the Centre will deliver complete support to both the airports.
Following this assurance from the central minister, Revanth Reddy said it is good to see a receptive minister offering support to Telangana after years of negligence. He confirmed that the Adilabad and Warangal airport will be completed by 2028 with the support from the centre.
Considering that Revanth also has TDP DNA in his political career, there would be this obvious rapport with minister Ram Mohan Naidu and that’s proving to be rewarding for Telangana state which is perhaps the ultimate goal for the state finances as well.
Hyderabad is the only city in Telangana, which has an airport and Revanth Reddy had been trying very hard to ensure that a couple more sanctions are made by the centre. If he completes the Adilabad and Warangal airports on time, then Revanth will go down in the recent history of Telangana.
