Summons should be issued by the Speaker to understand why KCR is not present at the Assembly. KCR absenteeism shows that he is not fighting for the cause of farmers, said Vijaypal.

After Congress came to power, KCR had a hip injury due to which he took rest. Following this, in the last 14 months, he attended Assembly only once.
Though people and Congress leaders have repeatedly asked for him to come to Assembly, KCR didn’t oblige. Following long silence, he recently spoke to his cadre at his farm house, where he said he will hold hold a huge public rally soon.
He also lashed out at the Congress saying if he hits, there would be no looking back.
It remains to be seen how KCR will respond to the legal notice.
