Former minister and YSRCP leader Jogi Ramesh faces fresh trouble in the fake liquor case. New photos showing him with A1 accused Janardhan Rao and his brother Jagam Mohan Rao have gone viral, revealing their presence together at a private function.
Just a day earlier, a video featuring Janardhan Rao had surfaced, followed by screenshots of WhatsApp chats. The latest photos add to growing evidence connecting Jogi Ramesh to the accused. Janardhan Rao has already confessed before excise officials that they made spurious liquor under Jogi Ramesh’s direction.
According to his statement, Jogi Ramesh allegedly plotted to defame the Chandrababu government by producing fake liquor and leaking the details through YSRCP-affiliated media outlets. The accusation has reignited political tensions in the state.
In response, Jogi Ramesh told the media he was open to a lie detector test. He maintained that he hardly knew Janardhan Rao and had no connection with Jayachandra Reddy. He even offered to submit his phone for investigation.
Despite his denials, the rising number of proofs — from videos to chats and photos — now appears to strengthen the claims linking Jogi Ramesh with Janardhan Rao and the ongoing liquor scam.
