It comes as no surprise that people in the United States woke up to find the #MassShooting hashtag trending on Twitter.

Many individuals are expressing their deep dissatisfaction at witnessing such a shameful trend in one of the most developed countries.

The reason behind this is the mass shooting that occurred in the early hours of Sunday in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident resulted in at least 2 deaths and 28 injuries at a block party.

According to the police, 9 individuals were transported to hospitals, while 20 made their own way to nearby medical facilities.

Frustrated individuals began trending the #MassShooting hashtag, expressing their profound sadness over a powerful country like the U.S. sinking to such a low point.
