The Supreme Court ruling on defecting MLAs is pending. The BRS leaders feel there is a high probability of the defectors losing their seats which could lead to by-elections in their constituencies.
In this backdrop, a rather funny incident has taken place in Telangana. Gadwal MLA is one such person who has left people laughing.

He filed a case saying that his name was being used in Congress party flexies without his knowledge. He maintains there is talk that he joined the Congress party, which was wrong.
It is known that KTR had filed a case in Supreme Court against defectors. Some time back, Gadwal MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy who won on a BRS ticket, joined the Congress in the presence of CM Revanth Reddy.

Now, with the Supreme Court hearing nearby, he has counter alleged that unknown people were using his name in Congress flexis!
