A significant portion of the Indian subcontinent is witnessing the ongoing protest from students and cockroach janta party supporters regarding the recent NEET paper leakage. This protest is to get education minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned his position in view of the recent mishaps.
Despite the massive protests that have broken out in Delhi and other parts of the country, the central government had been largely silent on the same.
Finally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a public statement on this matter as he tweeted about the same a few minutes back.
“Nothing is more important than the welfare and future of our youth! We have decided to set up fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leaks.
Have directed the concerned authorities and officials to take all necessary steps in this regard. This continues our series of steps for safeguarding the interests of students. Those who try to harm the future of our youth will not be spared.” Modi stated.
The Prime Minister has now communicated the corrective measures that will be put into place with regard to these paper leakages and subsequent repercussions. This has become a major concern now, and we have arrived at a point where the Prime Minister is having to post the same.
However, this might not be enough to subside the ongoing protest in Delhi as the protesters are calling the central government for a meaningful dialogue at the earliest.
