The invitation cards of Amaravati foundation stone laying ceremony will not have the photograph of the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on it. The Chief Minister wants the event to be an event of all and has taken this decision to avoid it being a government event or the CM’s official event.

The invitation card will be a folder type card. The design is already approved and the cards are being printed. The rear side of the card will have Amaravati Master Plan Photo. A chakra and kalasa from Amaravati depicting the 2,000-year history of the State would also be part of the design.
The event will happen on 22nd of this month, on the Vijaya Dasami day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will be descending to lay the foundation stone that day. The government is expecting one lakh people to attend the event.
