Andhra Pradesh politics have hit a new pinnacle with the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu and the subsequent announcement of the JanaSena-TDP alliance by Pawan Kalyan.
For a while now, YSRCP has been sweating over the alliance of TDP-JSP and that is why they were challenging Pawan and CBN to come alone if they can.
One of the possible ideas of Jagan could be that putting CBN in jail would divert Pawan Kalyan as he would be uncertain of the course of the case and wouldn’t want to take the risk of allying with TDP.
But what Jagan’s plan actually did is forge a political allegiance between JSP and TDP. Pawan came to the conclusion that no one is safe in state in Jagan’s regime as it was CBN recently and it could very well be Pawan himself who could get arrested soon. This sped up the alliance.
Also, the arrest of CBN created so much unrest in AP politics and degree of the incident is so big that it created a perfect atmosphere and setting for the announcement of the long-awaited alliance. Thus, Jagan ended up propelling the alliance and Pawan’s move came completely out of syllabus for the YCP supremo.
