Pushpa 2 Stampede Victim Gets Monthly Financial Aid

Pushpa 2 stampede victim Sritej aid

Sritej, the boy injured in the stampede during the Pushpa 2 premiere, will now receive monthly financial aid under the Mission Vatsalya scheme. The decision came after intervention by the Child Rights Commission.

His sister will get the aid until she turns 18. The government has already deposited Rs 12,000 into the family’s account for the past three months. The Telangana government earlier extended medical and financial help following the incident.

Sritej was treated at KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad, for four months after being critically injured. Doctors later declared there was little more they could do, and he was shifted to a neuro rehabilitation centre. His condition remains unchanged.

In the past, actor Allu Arjun and Pushpa producers supported the family with financial assistance. The latest initiative aims to help them manage ongoing expenses and continue Sritej’s care.
