Two incidents earlier this week portrayed the entire Telugu race in bad light for no big reason. The first incident is that a miscreant posting a Blood Request saying that the affected 3 Years Old Baby needs blood only from a particular caste. The miscrant is trying to put that particular caste in to disdain with a fake blood request.

There is no such girl or such requirement, even the hospital confirmed. But then, National Media lapped it up to showcase Telugu people as casteists. The amount of the traction the clarification got is not even 10% traction the tweet and the coverage about it got. The second instance is another National website’s article wherein it claimed Telugu People are busy googling about PV Sindhu’s caste.
The article claimed that millions were searching about Sindhu’s Caste and then the entire country pointed fingers on Telugu people. But the fact is that the search is very minimal but showcased an entire race as Casteist. The website went on to post an apology now that they got the numbers wrong but no one would care for that now.
