Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has been evading the police for the past few days as they search for him in connection with multiple cases filed against him.

It is already known that multiple cases have been filed against RGV at different police stations across Andhra Pradesh for making derogatory comments and sharing offensive posts about AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and Minister Nara Lokesh.

Meanwhile, while the police were searching for him on one side, RGV gave an interview to a media house on the other side. He made some strong comments in the interview.

During the conversation, Varma said that he doesn’t think Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh would do revenge politics to arrest him. He said that by winning 164 out of 175 assembly seats alone, they have taken revenge.

“Neither my posts nor my films affected a single vote. I don’t think they would be bothered about me at all or do revenge politics against me,” said Ram Gopal Varma.

As usual, Varma tried to portray his “rebellious” attitude while delivering these statements, but internally, it looks like he is indirectly pleading with the government not to take action against him.
