Viveka Case: Sharmila Says CBI Inquiry Not Satisfactory

Sharmila questions CBI in Viveka case

AP PCC chief YS Sharmila made strong remarks about the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. She questioned why the CBI cannot reopen the case and investigate it again.

Targeting the Chandrababu government, she asked, “Why not?” Sharmila stated that justice has not yet been delivered. She said Sunita’s fight for justice is valid and must continue.

The PCC chief repeated her allegation that Jagan was the adopted son of Modi. She claimed the CBI was being controlled like a toy in Modi’s hands. According to her, Modi silenced the CBI for Jagan’s benefit.

Sharmila also alleged that Avinash Reddy was being shielded to protect Jagan. She pointed out that despite clear evidence, there were no arrests. She mentioned that Google maps placed Avinash Reddy at the location during Viveka’s death.

She questioned why justice was still delayed despite so many proofs. Supporting Sunita’s stand, Sharmila said she did not believe in the CBI inquiry in the Viveka case.

The CBI earlier informed the Supreme Court that the investigation in the Viveka case was complete. However, it added that further inquiry would continue if the Court ordered it.
