An important twist has taken place in Viveka’s case. Sunil Yadav who is A2 in the case has decided to turn approver choosing the path of Dastagiri.
He said he will disclose the conspiracy behind the crime. Sunil Yadav claimed there was threat to his life. He divulged the names of those involved and requested the police to provide protection. He met YSR district SP Ashok Kumar and requested for security.

Sunil Yadav said that he was threatened even when he was in Cherlapally jail. Though he was out on bail, he was getting threats from YSRCP leaders, he said.
Already, Dastagiri who had turned approver was getting threats and temptations of material gifts for the past five years.

If one goes back a little, there are 8 accused in Viveka case including MP Avinash Reddy. The first arrested among them was Sunil Yadav in 2021 from Goa.
Later he was sent to Cherlapally jail. But the YSRCP leaders didn’t bother about him or his family, says Sunil. In fact, the YSRCP leaders filed an affidavit in Telangana court saying Viveka had an illicit affair with Sunil’s mother. The YSRCP leaders were trying to make a scapegoat of him, Sunil claims.

Sunil has taken to social media to talk about the injustice meted out to him only to get threats from YSRCP leaders.
He said that in the recently released movie Hathya, he and his mother were portrayed as cruel. It was also shown that Viveka was murdered by four people. But the reality is that 8 people are involved in it, Sunil told the media.
He also said that he was willing to disclose the details regarding the muder. Hurtful messages were being put up in ‘YS Avinash anna youth’ and ‘YSRCP Kadapa’ whatsapp groups, he said.
Right now a police picket has been set up near Sunil Yadav’s house in Pulivendula. The SP promised to talk to higher authorities with regards to personal security, Sunil told media.
