India Today and Nelsen had conducted a survey from December 16 to January 16 across the country to study poll prospects for upcoming Parliament elections. And here are the results for Andhra Pradesh – YSRCP 13, TRS 13, TDP 8, Congress 7, MIM 1 and BJP 0. It is clear that YSRCP and TRS will be gaining heavily in Seemandhra and Telangana regions.
However, the Survey had some interesting opinions about a possible alliance between TDP and BJP. It said TDP is the only party which is strong in both the regions of the state however could not convert the numbers in to seats. It also opined that the current Telangana stand is not going to help BJP win seats in the state but an alliance with TDP will make sure fortunes shift in favour of both the parties especially when several seats will be decided in slender margins.
