A new development has taken place in Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) case. The Telangana Cricket Association (TCA) has complained to CID about KTR and Kavitha regarding the sudden entry of Jagan Mohan Rao into HCA elections.
TCA has complained to CID that there was a hand of KTR and Kavitha in the matter. TCA mentioned that immediately after Jagan Mohan Rao got elected as the president of HCA, he dedicated his victory to KTR, Kavitha and Harish Rao.
TCA also requested that an investigation needs to be done against KTR, Kavitha and few others from HCA.
In the last 10 years, HCA received Rs 500 to Rs 600 crore in the form of grants from the Center for cricket development. But there are no signs of development of cricket infrastructure. Neither have any structures been built for HCA.
Clean & Free properties were also not procured. However, if one looked at the growth of personal properties of some HCA members, it raises eyebrows. It shows high levels of corruption and wrong decisions taken by those in top positions.
TCA requested CID to look into all these angles.
