Telangana Employees Association has come up with a new allegation on Andhra Native Employees. The Association alleges that the Center appointed Kamalnathan Committee allotted AP-native staff to Telgnana under pressure from the AP government and its employees’ associations. They alleged that Andhra Pradesh government conspired to ensure maximum postings to AP native staff to Telangana Secretariat.

Around 100 Andhra native staff were allotted to Telangana Secretariat. The associations allege that thirty Of them gave AP as their option. Despite that, they were allotted to Telangana. They say the Secretariat employees deal with confidential information and files of government and there are good of AP native staff leaking this information to AP government.
They also allege that 100 posts of the total 250 section officer posts in Telangana Secretariat were bagged by AP native staff by producing false certificates pertaining to health problems, spouse grounds, nativity and school study. However, Andhra Employees Associations say the Committee Selections is purely abide by the rules prescribed and nobody interfered in the selection process.
