Hyderabad has been having one of the most fast moving real estate markets for any metropolitan city in India. This has been the case for the last decade nearly.
Major majority of the real estate movement is within this sub Rs 2 crore region which is very natural for a South Indian city.
But now the city is set to welcome, ultra luxurious residency facilities, which could be costing ₹62 crore per flat.
Trump Towers Hyderabad officially launched today, and even before the launch, a 30,000 sq.ft penthouse was sold to a Hyderabad business family for a whopping ₹62 crore.
If this is a benchmark of what is to come, then this could open a whole new degree of luxury residential apartments in the city for the super wealthy.
This is obviously out of reach for a normal citizen and is almost entirely dedicated to the ultra wealthy category. But at the same time, this can serve as a very good visual optic to the already fast developing Kokapet area in the city.
Earlier, Hyderabad had welcomed the famous Donald Trump Avenue Road near financial district, and now the entry of the Trump Towers will give a posh outlook for the Kokapet region.
