Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that no matter where a terrorist hides, they will be found. He said the terrorists and those supporting them will be punished in unimaginable ways.
PM Modi was participating in National Panchayatiraj Day event at Madhubani. He spoke about the Pahalgam terrorist attack and said the terrorists will have to face serious consequences.

He started off his speech by expressing condolences for the dead in Pahalgam. They maintained silence for a minute and saluted the lost souls. Modi said the entire country was with people who were killed in the attack.
Due to the attack, a mother lost her son, a sister lost her husband. There is sadness and anger in people from Kargil to Kanyakumari. It is not just about killing the tourists, the attack was on India’s soul, he said.

We will punish the attackers and their supporters in unthinkable ways. We will track and punish every terrorist, PM Modi promised the nation.
The time has come to end terrorist acts. 140 crore Indians will break the backbone of terrorists, Modi warned. Modi thanked all nations that supported them and said that punishment for terrorists is definite.

It is known that the terrorists dressed as Indian army circled the tourists and killed them at close quarters. 25 tourists and one Kashmiri boy was killed in the attack at Baisaran meadows, Pahalgam.
