Ex Gannavaram MLA and YSRCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi attended the Nuziveedu Court in the fake pattas case. Along with Vamsi, a case was filed on two other followers of his in the issue.
Based on a complaint, the police arrested the accused and presented them before the court. They were sentenced to remand. However, later after a few days, all three were released on bail.
As a part of an ongoing inquiry, Vallabhaneni Vamsi and his two followers Mohan Rangarao and Suresh presented themselves before the Nuziveedu Court on Monday. The judge heard the case and postponed it to March 2.
Vallabhaneni Vamsi has cases regarding the attack on TDP headquarters, distributing fake land pattas and illegal sand mining. Cases have been filed in various police stations.
His detractors say had he continued in TDP, through which he entered politics, he would have been a minister by now. But looks like fate had other plans for him. He cited various health problems to get a bail.
