If KCR had gone on defensive, thanks to Vanteru Pratap Reddy’s confidence. It was he who created the doubts and fears in TRS chief. The Gajwel Congress contestant is giving sleepless nights to TRS cadres. In fact his meeting with women of his native place literally left women in tears. Vanteru made an emotional speech at Boorgupalli addressing voters.

The Congress contestant said that he has been with people for close to two decades and said has been treating entire village as his family. He added that he could not have a house in Gajwel because of being in opposition and said his tiled house in village fell off and hence he was prompted to stay in rented house in Gajwel. He reiterated he wont be seen if he lost the election. At this women felt for him and had tears. Vanteru personally consoled them. The way he got connected with masses and women is a reason that pushed KCR to defensive.
Vanteru’s speech led to debates on Gajwel victory chances for Vanteru rather than KCR. CM too may have realized this but he cant take a back step as that would mean suicidal for his party.
