As the nomination process has been completed, the election campaign has been further intensified in both Telugu states. All party leaders are trying their best to use this short period of time to attract voters.
Even film stars are also campaigning for their family members and friends. Yesterday, actor Nikhil Siddhartha campaigned for his uncle MM Kondaiah Yadav in Chirala. Tomorrow, mega hero Varun Tej will participate in the campaign of Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram.
As per the latest reports, Venkatesh is also gearing up to take part in the election campaign this time. Generally, Venkatesh is one such actor who stays away from politics. But this time, he seems to be doing it for his family members. He will campaign one day each in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
In Telangana, Venkatesh will campaign for Khammam’s Congress candidate Ramasahayam Raghuram Reddy. He happens to be Venkatesh’s brother-in-law.
Venkatesh’s daughter Ashritha was married to Raghuram’s elder son Vinayak Reddy. His younger son Arjun Reddy was married to Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy’s daughter Swapni Reddy.
On the other side, Venkatesh will campaign for a day in Andhra Pradesh, supporting Kaikaluru’s alliance candidate Kamineni Srinivas. He happens to be the maternal uncle of Venkatesh’s wife Neeraja.
On the whole, Venkatesh will be campaigning for a Congress candidate in Telangana and a BJP candidate in Andhra Pradesh.
