It was not long before Thalapathy Vijay found himself in an extremely disturbing personal situation after his wife. Sangeeta had applied for divorce at a family court in Chennai.
The timing of this divorce proceeding was also so very shocking that Vijay had to deal with this situation just months before the Tamil Nadu assembly election when his future was at stake.
However, Vijay was very resilient with his fight, and he stood firm by his principles. He communicated to the people of Tamil Nadu that it is his political ambition that must make them vote for him and not his personal choices.
At one point, there were even reports that Sangeeta had moved away to London while their son Jason Sanjay has also moved out of the Chennai house and is not living with his father.
This was categorically denoted by Sanjay, as he recently said, he values his father above all else. This given an indication that the father and son bonding is very much intact.
This is now further substantiated by the latest set of developments as it is established that Sangeeta is looking to get back with Vijay and she has even dropped the divorce case.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that becoming the chief minister changed the life of Vijay in a personal capacity. But the markers are very clear here, and it is evident that he is living a dream life with everything falling into place for him at the right time.
