A viral picture of a voter seeking ‘chilled beer’ from Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has stumped all. The viral picture written by an unknown voter has urged YS Jagan to supply chilled beer along with branded liquors available in the shops. The picture is now doing rounds on social media.
What has come as surprising is that the viral letter was found on the ballot box in the wake of the ZPTC and MPTC elections. The incident took place at Talamarlavandlapalli village in Nallacheruvu Mandal in Anantapur where MPTC took place.
The viral letter at the end carried that it was written by the Youth President of Talamarlavandlapall. The voter rueed that while liquor is available everywhere but of cheap grade making the health hazardous. It may be recalled that YS Jagan had brought in the rule of prohibition of liquor sales. However, this has only gone for a toss.
Meanwhile, we have completed half of Jagan’s tenure and the revenue from liquor sales continues to be the highest for Andhra Pradesh besides the revenue from Petrol and Diesel.
