The huge crowds at Chandrababu Naidu’s Roadshows are worrying YSR Congress. They are trying to cash the Kandukur incident to stop the roadshows in the name of permissions.
On the other hand, Nara Lokesh is also taking up a Padayatra ‘Yuva Galam’ from January 27th. The ruling party seems to be trying to create roadblocks for it as well.
Minister Meruga Nagarjuna announced that they would not allow Nara Lokesh’s Padayatra to happen. “We will ask Lokesh to tell us what he did for Dalits. We will not allow his Padayatra,” the minister warned.
On one side, YSR Congress says people will not trust Lokesh’s Padayatra and on the other side, they want to stop it at any cost fearing the former minister getting closer to the people.
YSR Congress is expecting that TDP will give up on the election after the party leaders chose to stay silent for around three years. But suddenly, Chandrababu’s district tours changed the entire mood.
The staggering crowds are looking worrisome and there are imminent signs of anti-incumbency, the ruling party feels. They are trying to stop Chandrababu and Lokesh somehow from here.
