YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to have a big problem with Pawan Kalyan. Jagan was so confident of winning the 2014 elections but was shell-shocked when Pawan Kalyan entered the fray and supported the TDP.
Bifurcation played a crucial role in Chandrababu’s victory. People believed that only Chandrababu could steer the state out of the Bifurcation Blues and build a capital and gave him a chance. Jagan refuses to believe it and thinks Pawan Kalyan is the sole reason for his defeat.
Since then, there has been a deep personal hatred of Pawan Kalyan. We never see Jagan taking Pawan Kalyan’s name and calling him Dattaputhrudu and Package Star.
There is always a line of decency in politics barring leaders from going into their personal lives.
But Jagan does not care about and frequently makes comments about Pawan Kalyan’s marriages in a disgusting manner.
A couple of months back, Pawan Kalyan gave a befitting reply and asked Jagan if he is his fourth wife.
That retort silenced Jagan for around two months. But when Jagan’s Memantha Siddham Bus Yatra entered the Godavari districts, he could not control his language.
The other day at Bhimavaram, Jagan used the foulest of languages on Pawan Kalyan.
But one would wonder why Jagan makes such severe comments about Pawan Kalyan.
The first reason as we discussed earlier is the hatred of Pawan Kalyan. The second reason is a political one.
In Godavari district, Kapus and BCs do not see eye to eye.
Belittling Pawan Kalyan will make BCs happy, Jagan believes. Hence the language to get their votes.
At the same time, Jagan is speaking low of Pawan Kalyan so that he ceases to be an icon for the community. The plan is to shame the community to talk about Pawan Kalyan and vote for him.
Out of his hatred for Pawan Kalyan, Jagan is blinded. People will not tolerate such filthy talk in politics.
Previously, Pawan Kalyan did not get enough support electorally because people thought Janasena would not win and they must not waste their vote. But now is the perfect time for revenge as Pawan Kalyan along with TDP is a formidable force.
Jagan will see the result of his Filthy talk this time particularly in Godavari districts.
