Will Payyavula Finally Become Vocal?

TDP Senior Leader and MLC Payyavula Keshav is one of the most vocal leaders in Telugu Politics. But then, Payyavula who lost the 2014 elections has expected a cabinet berth via the council. Chandrababu made him an MLC but did not give him the cabinet berth.

Payyavula is disgruntled about it and has remained silent for a long time. In the run up to the 2019 elecitons, a vocal Payyavula is much-needed for TDP and so Chandrababu Naidu has decided to appoint him as Chief Whip in Council.

Even though the Senior Leader from Anantapur district did not the cabinet berth, he will cabinet rank now. Palle Raghunadha Reddy who was ousted out of the cabinet after being IT Minister for three years is also being offered Chief Whip in the Assembly.
