YS Jagan's Fate to Be Decided on April 28th - CBI CourtThe arguments over the cancellation of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Bail were concluded a little while ago in the CBI court. The Court has reserved its judgment to 28th of this month. On the other side, Jagan has asked permission to fly to Newzealand for 15 days.

The Opposition Leader asked the permission of the court to spend the Summer holidays with his family but CBI objected to that saying that the accused can not go out of the country when the bail cancellation petition is in the court.

On the other side, Jagan has decided to postpone his proposed Deeksha in Guntur. The Deeksha which was earlier planned on 26th and 27th was postponed to ensure Jagan attends the court on 28th. If the court quashes CBI’s Petition, he will sit for Deeksha on May 1st and 2nd.
